An intergenerational discussion among early career and young professionals in healthcare and academia, with seasoned leaders from a variety of institutions: Healthcare, education, and the military will illustrate commonalities and divergence in the experience of institutional trust and mistrust, the changing opportunities for professional engagement and advancement, and the emerging research about how technology now shapes the experience of both the self and institutional engagement.
